BIUTEC brings, as an independent testing laboratory, a valuable contribution to the assurance of the quality of foodstuffs.

We analyse drinking water and mineral water, fruits and vegetables (fresh and frozen, juices), cereals and legumes, milk and dairy products, meat and sausages, staple foods, tea, spices and seasonings, edible oils and edible fat, convenience foods, frozen foods, baby food, and we offer in this field:

•  Basic analyses (water, fat, protein, carbohydrates, dietary fibres)
•  Minerals and trace elements analyses
•  Special foodstuffs analyses of
      •  remainders from plants protection agents (pesticides)
      •  organic harmful substances (e.g. PAH, PCB)
      •  inorganic harmful substances (e.g. heavy metals)
      •  microbiological quality
